The West Has the Buddha Name Amitabha.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH. We only know that we were born of our parents. But before my parents were born, what was my face like? After I die, where will I go? Now, by listening to the Buddha's teachings, I know that there is a Buddha named Amitabha who has made 48 vows, that anyone who recites his name will be taken to the West. If the Buddha has made such a vow, then we must also make a vow: to be reborn in Ultimate Bliss. We must firmly believe that there really is a World of Ultimate Bliss, with the Buddha of Great Compassion, Amitabha; then we must always recite the Buddha's name so that when we die we will have mindfulness. When he is dying and has the ability to recite the Buddha's name, Amitabha Buddha will come to receive him. However, if you still have thoughts of clinging to anything, even as small as the tip of a needle, a blade of grass in this Saha world, you will fall back into samsara! The karma of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is their concern for sentient beings. When there are living beings in the Sa-ha land, there are Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. When there are no living beings, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will also be gone. Quickly cultivate to return to the West, otherwise it will be very difficult here! Here you feel impatient, but in the West, it is pure and cool. The world is full of struggles – we must find a peaceful place like the West of Amitabha Buddha. I was confused, infatuated at the beginning. Now, we need to wisely find the way at the time of death - that path is the Recitation of Amitabha Buddha. The Four Births (four types of beings born from eggs, from fetuses, from low temperature and humidity, and from transformation) are all in the cycle of samsara, without interruption of birth and death. The reason is because the notions of greed, afflictions, delusions... arise when the Six Senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind) come into contact with the Six Tranities (images, shapes, sounds, scents, smells, and smells). taste, feeling, dharma). Therefore, the Six Roots are very harmful. Nowadays, if you have time to practice, it's precious, it's hard to come by. To see if you can find a way out of birth and death. If you pay too much attention to this body, you won't have to practice and meditate on the Buddha's name. Too much care for this body, there is no way to get rid of it! The Amitabha Sutra speaks of Buddhas in the six directions - East, West, South, North, Above, and Below - all manifesting the appearance of a broad and long tongue (ie, preaching the Dharma), causing the Dharma-sounding sound to pervade the three thousand Great Heavenly Realms. The World - mainly referred to the West. Where is the West? Stay in your own mind - when the mind is unharmed, free of afflictions, that is the West. Although our body exists in the Saha realm, if we recite the Buddha's name and think until the mind is pure, the Buddha land will be pure. That is, when the mind is pure, no affliction, no hope; then it is the Pure Land - the Pure Land in the middle of Ta-Ba - whose mind is the West. Western Ultimate Bliss is in our mind. We need to recite Buddha's name until the mind is pure; mindfully, with concentration. When reciting Buddha's name, you need to make a vow to be reborn in the West, leaving the world of hardships. Do not love and cherish this fleshly body too much. Each world is like every grain of sand, in which there are countless sentient beings that anyone can be born in the West. Whenever we recite Buddha's name, the lotus flower (in the West) will bloom. Hence says: "When the mind opens (reciting the Buddha's name), the flower blooms." Reciting Buddha's name makes us truly pure. Nembutsu is the way to the West. Whenever we recite the Buddha's name, we will come to the West without having to buy train tickets or take a plane; because the Dharma boat has no form. 2. Buddha Recitation Reciting the Buddha's name, chanting, reading the Sutras, and talking are four things that you definitely do every day. It is best to talk less. It is best to spend no more time reciting sutras and reading scriptures than reciting the Buddha's name. Buddhist recitation is still key. Reading scriptures does not need to be too much. Whatever happens, just one sentence "A-Di-Da Buddha" is okay. In order to avoid the scandal, just one sentence "A-Di-Da Buddha" . Be quiet, quiet your heart and recite Buddha's name; Thinking about falling asleep is always better. When the mind comes to a single point - just a single thought - then you can transcend the Three Realms, straight to the West. When you practice, you need to practice: eyes looking but pretending not to see, ears pretending not to know; Just honestly recite the Buddha's name. No need to look at many books, just recite the Buddha's name for a lot. When wisdom unfolds, all the Sutras will naturally stay in your mind. Walking, standing, lying, sitting should all be within the scope of the Buddha's name. When you focus your mind on mindfulness, you will realize that from morning to night, the mind always closes its eyes to the outside without ever considering whether our mind is directed to Amitabha Buddha. Don't let your mind be tied to followers, disciples, or external realms. If you tie them to them, they will rotate and drag them away; so scary! Right now you are not mindful enough, ten parts are not one; so it's dangerous. When you recite Buddha's name a lot, it is living Zen. Some people say that they are in seclusion, but they are full of hope and their brains are not pure. When you sit in meditation for a long time, if you feel tired, you should get up and go for a walk. When you recite Buddha's name and leave the realm, that is Zen. You have to maintain mindfulness, because in your mind there are always many seeds of evil. When you recite the Buddha's name without mindfulness, your heart will always think this and that. Mindful mouth but outward mind. If you really want to, then you can make your mind single. If you don't have the heart to practice, how can you recite Buddha's name (for success)? When you recite the Buddha's name, you can stay away from the external world and correspond with the Buddha, then you will know that this mind and the Buddha are the same. The most important thing when reciting Buddha's name is to listen to the voice of the recitation clearly. Reciting Buddha means entering the Middle-Path? no good, no bad. Although reciting the Buddha's name is also an illusion, it belongs to mindfulness. Therefore, we use illusions (reciting Buddha) to destroy illusions (delusions). Question: How to practice new best? A: This is also an attachment. As long as you don't pay attention to delusions, it's okay (the mind will be single). Because I say to myself, "Don't start thinking" ; but hope still arises by itself. Therefore, whenever I pay attention to false thoughts, I will give birth to one more false thought; The more you pay attention to it, the more it grows! When delusions arise, don't be afraid. Just ignore it, don't pay attention to it. Just one mind reciting "A-Di-Da Buddha" . Thought has no entity, slowly it will disappear. Whenever I remember the Buddha's name, I immediately recite it; Don't accept that I have to do this and that. Reciting Buddha's name is thinking about it without (attachment to) mindfulness. Reciting the Buddha's name but still seeing that one is reciting or not reciting, it is all attachment. Reciting Buddha's name must be dependent. Whatever you do, wherever you are, you should always recite the Buddha's name according to the circumstances. Don't say: "I need to recite many and many famous names" , or "I am reciting Buddha's name, unable to work" , or "I'm busy, I haven't been able to recite Buddha's name..." Every thought, every thought, don't leave the Buddha realm. Walking, standing, lying down, sitting - every move, one move, whatever you do, just keep reciting the Buddha's name. Crying and reciting Buddha; Take a step and also recite Buddha's name. The power of reciting the Buddha's name is so great that it can make you attain the Samadhi - a kind of Concentration that is not ordinary. When I was born, I was full of karma. Therefore, do not create new karma to die and then take away; no benefit at all! Question: Which is the best Buddha or Bodhisattva to recite? Answer: All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are equally good. It is not that reciting one taste is better than the other: it is all because of your distinction and comparison. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas do not necessarily need you to recite their names anymore. To recite the Buddha's name to the point of concentration is Zen. Should to say: “At the same time as Zen and Pure Land, Ten people cultivate, ten become successful. There is Zen, there is no Pure Land, Ten practitioners, nine lost their way!" While meditating and reciting the Buddha's name, it is relatively unlikely that you will go astray or cause harm. If your mind still has desires, desires, and concerns about something, it will appear when you die. Now, if you see that scene and then fall in love with it, have the mind to pursue it, then as a result you will fall directly into the cycle of samsara! If you know how to clear your heart and recite the Buddha's name, when you die, there will be lotus flowers, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and wonderful realms appearing. Therefore, while you are alive, you need to practice to get rid of all worldly desires. 3. Disclosure at the time of the Buddha's loss: The purpose of defeating the Buddha is to save sentient beings to be reborn in the Ultimate Bliss World. The realm of Ta-she has birth and death; The Western world is immortal. If I go abroad, I need money to buy a plane ticket, if I don't go to the West, I just need to recite the Buddha's name to the point of being single-minded, without any form (attachment). That's what "immortal" is. You have to recite Buddha's name to have a place to entrust this body and life. Reciting the Buddha's name is to be mindful not to separate from the Buddha. Mindfulness for clarity, listening for clarity, every word, every word must be clear. The mind remembers, the ear listens, the mouth silently recites - just like that, the mind concentrates on the Buddha's name. Let go of everything outside; Depending on the sound of recitation, the mind will be concentrated and single-minded. Regardless of "reciting people " or "reciting voices" , regardless of "reciting" or "reciting friends" ; If everyone in the community relies on the voice of the Buddha's name, the mind will be single-minded. The West Pole-Bliss is also based on this recitation of the Buddha's name. When you beat the Buddha, don't let worldly thoughts pull your mind. If you are not diligent, this precious opportunity will be wasted. Therefore, recite the Buddha's name with one heart and one mind, focusing on the sound of the recitation. 4. Reciting Buddha Can You See Buddha? Question: Is it possible to see Buddha by reciting Buddha's name? A: Impossible! Ask: If so, there is a sentence in the chapter Dai-The-Chi Nemesis Buddha Vien Thong: “If anyone remembers the Buddha and recites the Buddha's name, then you will definitely see Buddha now or in the future; No need for any means, open your heart on your own.” what do you mean? Answer: Yes! An open heart means seeing the Buddha, seeing the Buddha of self-nature. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have vows that we can rely on to practice. Therefore, when walking, standing, lying down, sitting, you should not leave the sound of reciting the Buddha's name. When we recite Buddha's name, we are compatible with Buddha; This is a realm without any form or form. Don't be attached, wonder why Amitabha does not appear to lead! 5. Teacher Quang-Hoa Attends Interview See how much the teacher practices, (I tell him to listen) don't be reborn when he is dying, he doesn't need to worry about anything to be reborn. If you still have the ambition to save sentient beings, then that desire is also a kind of attachment, a terrible thing! The Venerable Master asked: Where is the West? Teacher Quang-Hoa replied: In terms of position, it is in the West; According to the truth, it is in your heart. The Venerable Master said: As long as there are Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, there is a Pure Land. The teacher must teach so that the listeners have a place to rely on to practice. The Buddha taught that if anyone in one day, two days..., up to seven days can recite the Buddha's name to the place of "one-pointedness without disturbance", then the Buddha (Amitabha) will come to lead. However, if you don't eat or sleep, you don't need seven days, just four or five days is enough! Master Quang-Hoa said: Once, I witnessed the appearance of Lord Quan Yin with a dignified and beautiful appearance; Even his chain of lost brothers is beautiful. The Venerable Master laughed and said: Really? Where is there such a bodhisattva? When a teacher saves sentient beings, he needs to make a vow and then practice accordingly, like Quan Yin and Pho Hien. However, when he died, he had to let go of everything. If his vows have not been fulfilled, he will be born here again to continue saving lives; This merit is more and more formidable. Prayer is what I have engraved in my heart. Although Buddha and Bodhisattva have appeared to enter Nirvana, they are still around, not leaving those who are practicing like us; only they did not appear. As long as the Sutras, Laws, and Commentaries exist, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can teach us. Do not assume that no one transmits the life, then there is no more (Buddha Dharma). When dying, don't let your mind want to see the appearance of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. It is a good thing to pray without seeing. If you wish to see, then those appearances are not reliable. Must ask for nothing; just pure mindfulness of Buddha. Only when Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear from the pure heart of their hearts, they are truly true. Must let go of (attachment to) this rotten body. Mind is mind. Regardless of whether this body turns round or distorted, don't worry about it, pamper it. It doesn't need to be said far away, even if there is attainment or acquisition of something, it is still not right. (The Venerable Master's intention was to show Master Quang-Hoa's attachment to the fact that he was still attached to the fact that he had witnessed the incarnation of Quan Yin). In this (the Venerable pointed to His mind), there is nothing. Those guys (the Venerable pointed to a group of lay-people listening to the lecture) still have everything. Currently, you sleep in a dream at night, but in the morning, you are also in a dream. It's like you're filming a movie; this movie is so long - your whole life, but it's like a dream at night! no birth and death; that is, the true mind? rather than reciting the Buddha's name by the form - still attached to the form. , forms, worldly affairs). That's all I can say today. Those who have left home will be able to partially understand, but no one in the world will understand. Once upon a time, the ancients only said one sentence, but today I talk too much! When you come back, you will slowly understand, then you will be enlightened and understand everything.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.11/2/2022.
