Ten things to think about.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
In this world, life is full of uncertainties, unsatisfactory, people have to jostle all year round to survive, have to struggle hard to rise up, to overcome the storms of life. life, the ups and downs of the world. People often feel confused, anxious and afraid when looking to the future, not knowing what tomorrow will be like, what their life will be like, what will happen to themselves and their loved ones. mine? So people often want everything to be peaceful, smooth, lucky, everything is as good as it is. That high desire often leads to prayer, begging God and Buddha to grant dreams beyond reach, seemingly beyond human ability.
We need to know that: Buddha is not a god, specializing in blessing and giving grace to everyone. There is also no reason why the Buddha gave his own blessing and not to others. In fact, Buddhism teaches many methods of practice, called "immeasurable Dharma doors" , to help people become self-reliant and strong to overcome all the storms, troubles and sufferings of life, step out of the cycle of life. the cycle of birth and death, creating a peaceful and happy life for yourself. In the Dhammapada, the Buddha said: "Light your own torch and go. Light it up with the Dharma". That is, let us light our own torch of wisdom, by learning to understand the teachings of the Buddha, and applying them in our daily lives, to see the mystery of the Dharma, to save ourselves. yourself and help others.
In Buddhist scriptures, precious teachings that can help us overcome the storms of life, overcome the ups and downs of the world, are recorded everywhere, such as in the "Treatise". Bao Vuong Tam Muoi" , we have "Ten things of mind" that we need to regularly contemplate, reflect, think all the time, so that when the "eight winds" come, it means that life's storms and storms occur. In fact, we can cope and behave more easily, without being drowned in the sea of tears of sorrow and suffering.
Article 1 : The first of the "Ten Things of Mindfulness" teaches that: " Thinking of the body, don't pray for no illness or suffering, because without sickness and suffering, desire is easy to arise. Let's use suffering as a magic medicine“. Why so? Because as long as a person still has the body of the four elements, he will still suffer from illness. The body of the four elements, including earth, water, wind, and fire, often opposes each other, causing pain and suffering to people. Those who have many blessings have few diseases. Those who are less fortunate, less fortunate, and unlucky will be constantly ill. Until the end of fate in life, people have to leave, but this body of the four elements is left behind, disintegrates and returns to the four elements in heaven and earth. Dust returns to dust, that's all. Those who create many blessings will pass away easily, gently and peacefully. Those who create a lot of karma will have a hard time leaving, tormenting their bodies, suffering relatives!
No one wants to be sick and suffer, even if they wish not to get sick, sickness and suffering still come. Without disease and suffering, healthy people often have uncontrollable desires. Satisfying these desires, people cause a lot more karma, and then have to pay back, so they have to roll around in so many samsara of birth and death, when can they stop and get out? Okay? Therefore, the Buddha taught us not to pray for no illness, so we should consider suffering as a magical medicine, a elixir to treat the desires in our minds. The more desires, the more afflictions and suffering people have. Buddhism is the way to save mankind from suffering. The Buddhadharma has the ability to treat the ills of sentient beings. If sentient beings have thousands of mental illnesses, the Buddhadharma has eighty-four thousand antidotes.
For example, people who are greedy and mean, the antidote is generosity. Those who understand that giving brings immeasurable and boundless blessings and practice giving daily, their greed and mediocrity will be greatly reduced. For example, people who are often angry, the antidote is contemplation of compassion. When people develop compassion, anger will be greatly reduced. The eyes of a person with compassion, always looking at life lovingly, gently and easily with people around, difficult to get angry at the mistakes and mistakes of others, do not take advantage of compassion. of everyone. Parents need to have compassion and generosity to be able to maintain happiness in the family. Teachers need to have compassion and generosity to be able to love and teach students like their own children. Monks need to have compassion and generosity to be able to have compassion on sentient beings who are suffering, vow to practice diligently to save themselves and others, and be willing to sacrifice and serve humanity. For example, a person who is stubborn, lives to die carrying the words of others, the antidote is the mind of joy and equanimity. Those who understand that the more they hold in their minds, the more they are trapped in samsara, in afflictions and sufferings, without any benefit, so they try to develop a mind of joy and equanimity. When you feel peaceful and light, your eyes will look at life more optimistically, life will be more peaceful.
Article 2 : The second of the "Ten Things to Remember" teaches that: " In life, don't ask for no trouble, because without tribulation, pride will rise up. Take affliction as your deliverance . ” Why so?
Because begging and pleading really get nothing. People in the previous life created little blessings, caused many karmas, so this life has many tribulations, uncertainties, and unsatisfactory things. In order to have less tribulation and more joy than suffering, people need to actively cultivate their mind, nurture their character, do good deeds, create more merit, and earn more, don't make others suffer, whether by actions, words or even thoughts. think so. We should remember: only blessings can protect us through tribulation . There is no God or Buddha to save us when we are in trouble. Just like only a boat can carry us across the river without getting wet.
Humans do not ask for tribulation, even if they wish not to suffer, the tribulation will still come, the reason is that we have to pay back the karma we have created before, no one can avoid it. Those who live in the world without tribulation, succeed in whatever they do easily, they often have a mind of arrogance, arrogance, conceit, lavish spending, contempt for the world, suspicion of everyone, alienating everyone, no one wants to be close, close, because there is no benefit. When in trouble, people often no longer have a haughty mind. Because of pride, they will have trouble. They are no longer lavish and lavish, their mind is no longer attached to the world, no longer easily greedy, no longer easily angered, No more delusion, because greed is in trouble, anger is in trouble, stupid is in trouble! That is, tribulation helps people to soon be freed from the bonds of greed, anger,
Furthermore, in our complex lives, when we often encounter one tribulation, we may be able to avoid another, greater tribulation. For example, someone lost their ticket to travel because of a loss, so they escaped death, because that train was sunk at sea! That is, sometimes in tribulation, we can find some luck, or lesson, or experience. Nothing is completely unlucky, nothing is completely lucky. For example, winning the lottery can help us buy a house, buy a car, do business, it can also cause discord in the family religion, destroy the family, or visit thieves, or celebrate holidays. always breathe! For example, being in a difficult prison, for an extraordinary sage, is the best opportunity to train one's character, to think and compose life-long works! How many great people and sages in the world come from prison!
Article 3 : The third article in the "Ten Things Mindful of Mind" teaches that: " If you consider your character, don't ask for no problems, because if you don't have problems, you won't be able to learn thoroughly. Let's make the problem interesting" . Why so?
Because our temperament, because it is dependent on the world, is not fixed and constantly changes. When we encounter a situation of contentment and satisfaction, our mood is joyful, joyful, joyful, joyful, satisfied. When we encounter a scene that is heart-wrenching, our moods become turbulent, even if it's light, we can keep it in our hearts, and when it's heavy, we'll spit out anger and frustration. If you meet the other side who knows how to be patient, then everything can still go smoothly, through the matter. Encountering a stiff-necked, tenacious, stubborn person, how will the story end? Maybe one goes to the hospital or to the morgue, and another to the prison!
In the Shurangama Sutra, the Buddha taught: "The basis of samsara is the false mind. The basis of bodhicitta is the true mind . " That is, our mind is always agitated, agitated, insecure, called "hopeful mind"., ie the mind moves because of the charm according to the scene. When the mood is sad and dreary, we feel that the surroundings around us are not happy at all. On the contrary, when we feel joy and joy in our hearts, we feel that the surroundings seem to be sharing that joy with us. It is the hope that is the basis of samsara. Why so? Because the mind is full of joy and sadness, love and hate, good and bad, eastern and western, present, past, future, now and then, sometimes sometimes it is empty, there is a time of death, birth and death are constant in every moment, in every moment, like a horse running around everywhere, like an ape passing from one branch of a tree to another. such place.
"Hope mind" is the main driving force that leads living beings to create karma in the cycle of birth and death. To have peace of mind, every time a false mind arises, we immediately recognize it, stop immediately, don't pursue it, then we will be freed from the afflictions that follow, afflictions and suffering will not come! When we live in the world, we are in contact with every scene, everything, everything, still living like so many other people, but the mind is still the same, calm, not agitated, not agitated, that is, we are living in a peaceful environment. the realm of nirvana, peace, and extinction, in other words, at that time we live with that "truth mind" . Chan mind is like a calm, flat, spacious, immense sea. The mind is likened to waves caused by the wind, light winds with small waves, strong winds with big waves. The book has a sentence:
Heart sad scene is happy star.
Peace of mind no matter what the situation is.
A proverb also has a saying: "If you search a river, you can find the sea. Who can measure people's hearts with a yardstick?". That is, people's temperaments vary endlessly, the human heart is more difficult to fathom than a river than the sea, so when we consider our character, we cannot avoid problems. We should not be discouraged by those problems. Because it is these problems that help us to be more interesting, more enthusiastic on the way to cultivate the mind to nurture our nature, to let go of thoughts, delusions, and delusions. We always urge our body and mind in every moment, don't let the false mind deceive us, thinking that we have cultivated already well, are already very kind, have achieved this and that. There are times when we do unwholesome things, benefiting ourselves and harming others, suing others, asking for millions of dollars in compensation, that is greed. We give alms or give to the temple a few tens of silver, hope to deceive our minds: that's it, the crime is over! In Zen Buddhism, the Patriarchs teach us to"living in awareness" , or "living in mindfulness" , is exactly that.
Article 4 : The fourth article in the "Ten Things of Mindfulness" teaches that: " Building virtue, don't ask for no demonic obstacles, because without demonic obstacles, your aspiration will not be strong. Let's take the demon army as a friend . " Why so?
Because demonic obstruction here means praise or criticism, good name or bad reputation. If we can consider those who praise and criticize us as people who help us on our spiritual path, then they are our spiritual companions, knowledgeable friends, misguided bodhisattvas, and judges. on our path. Because demonic obstacles here also mean the storms of life, the afflictions and sufferings, the bad stories, the unsatisfactory things, the messy everyday things. Through such clarity, our aspiration will be strong, not regressive, when we meet praise or criticism, good name or bad reputation, when we meet the eight winds of life, and our minds will not be affected. oscillate.
We do not wish for demonic obstacles, even if we wish for no demonic obstacles, the demonic obstacles still come steadily. There is no shortage of people in this world who are always looking at others, in order to uncover the leaves, to dig for traces, while they themselves have all kinds of bad habits. In the Dharma Bao Dan Sutra, the Sixth Patriarch Hue Neng taught: "When you criticize someone else's fault, your own fault is already at your feet. " However, no matter how often the demonic obstacles come, if we know how to cultivate the mind and nurture our nature, we can accept it, endure it, consider it as necessary challenges to remind us to train our mind. nature, transforming life from affliction and suffering into peace and happiness. The book has a sentence: "For example, the road of life is flat. The heroic hero is better than anyone" , that's what it means.
Article 5 : The fifth of the " Ten Things of Mindfulness " teaches that: " Do not expect it to be easy, because when it comes to easy things, your heart despises pride. Enjoy difficulties ." Why so?
Because the more difficult, the more arduous a job, that we can overcome, achieve success and victory, the more glorious and glorious that job will be. For example, the more difficult the problem is, the more interesting it is when you solve it and find the results. What is easy to do is just mediocre work, not of high value, or the performer is more than capable, so it is easy to be born with contempt for everything, pride, and consider heaven with a lid.
There are many difficult things in the world, few people achieve success, such as passing the exam for this degree, that degree, finding a new treatment, inventing modern and advanced machinery, inventing come up with a more scientific way of working, bringing higher productivity. Heroes of national salvation, able to bring independence, freedom and prosperity to a nation, not everyone can do it easily. In terms of coming out of the world, the same goes for cultivating the mind and nurturing the nature. If anyone practices lightly and can become a Buddha, then the Buddhahood is not worth much. A Buddha was born, bringing blessings and benefits to so many sentient beings, in so many lives, in countless kalpas, inconceivable. There are people who cultivate to achieve a few small achievements, and think that they have become Buddhas and saints, no one else is equal!
Article 6 : The sixth in the " Ten Things of Mindfulness " teaches that: " If you communicate, don't seek your own gain, for your own benefit you will lose your meaning. Let's take the bad guy as a helper ." Why so?
Because the interests, whether small or large, in the world, are also the goals of competition and appropriation of many people. Ordinary people are not afraid to use all sorts of tricks to compete for fame and gain, so regardless of morality, morality, love, and relationships. People are willing to take the team down and trample everyone around, just for a little bit of fame. Fame in life is like fishing bait. The small fish came to eat the bait and was immediately caught by the big fish! After the big fish caught the small fish, the net immediately got on the boat! There are people who are bored with worldly advantages, or cannot afford to compete and earn a living in the real world, so they seek fame and gain in the Zen sect! What a pity!
In the Ahamma Sutra, the Buddha taught: "When you come to a fork in the road, if you see a tree full of ripe fruit that no one has picked to eat, you should understand that it is a poisonous fruit" . That is to say, in life, there are no big and small benefits available for you to enjoy, or others to offer to you, without a malicious trap inside, below, or behind, waiting for greedy, deluded people. stupid, thoughtless. People often release shrimp to catch shrimp. Those who are greedy for great profit, greedy for much profit, are often taken advantage of, and are easily trapped, like a fish that often bites a hook. Just like those who do not try to cultivate the mind to nurture their nature, refuse to learn and understand the Dharma, do not benefit sentient beings or the Dharma, are only greedy for fame and gain, and enjoy happiness, the retribution and karma will come immediately. afterward.
Within the family, if husband and wife and children communicate with each other every day but do not know how to love each other, do not think about each other, do not know how to sacrifice for each other, everyone will only think of their own interests, only thinking about their own interests. When it comes to personal happiness, what is the morality of husband and wife, what is father and son love, what is maternal love, what is family happiness?
In the social sphere, during daily contact and communication, someone who only thinks about and only wants to benefit himself, regardless of harming others, how can he live in harmony, peace, and joy with those around him? ? How can such a selfish person make friends, how to live a happy life? True happiness is only available to those who know the two words "sacrifice"never mind. In life, those who are selfish, bad, only know their own benefits, despite harming people, do not count the love, do not care about morality, many can not be told how much. But it is such people who help people who know how to cultivate their minds to cultivate their character. If we meet such bad people, but our minds are still the same, motionless, calm, indifferent, we will know how much our practice is. If everyone was good, kind, and knew the way, how would we not know our mind? Therefore, for those who really want to develop the mind to practice, right here in this life, in this world of evil, is the best spiritual school, there is no need to wait to be reborn in the western paradise. willing to start. Why so? Because the western realm is blissful, as Shakyamuni Buddha taught in the Amitabha Sutra,
Article 7 : The seventh of the " Ten Things of Mindfulness " teaches that: " For people, don't expect everything to go according to your will, because if you are according to your will, your heart will be arrogant. Let's use the opposer as a place to hang out ." Why so?
Because the book has a saying "five people ten ideas" , no one has the same opinion, each person often has at least two opinions on the same issue, from day to day, how can you force others to agree? my reviews? Why can't I agree with others? Humans because of such stubbornness and clinging, so long-lasting troubles and sufferings!
In the family, if the husband or wife is stubborn and holds their own opinions, how can that family be happy? What's right for me, good, best, how can I listen to other people's opinions? Parents and children belong to two different generations, suddenly their opinions, thoughts, circumstances, living environment are all different, cannot be excluded from each other, so they must live according to each other. new happiness in the family. In the ten great vows of Universal Worthy Bodhisattva, the ninth thing teaches: "Always be in harmony with sentient beings" , that is exactly what it means. However, depending on sentient beings does not mean that one person in the family has greed, inciting the whole family to be greedy, regardless of tricks, benefiting themselves and harming others!
In the realm of the world, people who follow this method and criticize other methods are also incorrect. Why so? Because Buddhism has many corresponding and appropriate methods, depending on the basis, level, circumstances, and preferences of each person, so that everyone can practice. We should not think that everyone has to practice like us, act like us, to be right. Such thoughts, such thoughts only make us become more and more arrogant, conceited, arrogant, cynical, contemptuous of life. On the contrary, we should associate with people who oppose, disagree, to always consider, perfect our opinions, change our temperament, to learn more about their good and bad. Thanks to such dissidents, we have less pride. For example, a car has a machine to run, it also needs a brake to be useful. If there is no winner,
Article 8 : The eighth article in the "Ten Things to Remember" teaches that: " Do not ask for favors in return, because asking for return is a scheming grace. Think of grace as an abandoned pair of sandals .” Why so?
Because we do and do for kindness, not because we want to be thanked, grateful, or grateful. Please, if you want to be thanked, if you want to be grateful, it means that a person has an ego, but only for the sake of fame. Please, if you want to be grateful, that means you still have an ego, but you will do it for the sake of profit. There is no merit in doing so, not being indebted to others, but also taking on resentment, hatred, sorrow, anger, when meeting ungrateful, ungrateful people. Please do so is clearly a scheme, please do a little, but want to be reciprocated many times over. For example, when going to funerals, helping other people's bereavements, but wanting to be "remunerated well" in the kingdom of heaven, it is too greedy to be greedy.
In the Vajrayana Sutra, the Buddha taught: "Blessings, giving are unrelenting, merits are immeasurable.". That is, we kindly give alms, but we do not consider ourselves to be the givers of blessings, we do not see anyone accepting the blessings we do, we do not remember what we have done to bless, and we do not count how many people we have helped. If we do that, we will eat well and sleep peacefully, our minds not troubled by the good deeds we have done, because we meet ungrateful people, do not regret the things we have given, and do not regret having helped the wrong people. Please means doing good, creating blessings and blessings, saving people's lives, when needed, in times of trouble, just out of kindness, out of compassion, because you want to change one's own character, that's it. Only then can we beg for a long time, help many people, many times, and have immeasurable, inconceivable blessings. The book has a sentence: "Grace does not seek return", that's what it means. If we can subdue our mind and transform our character, we can make a vow to save all sentient beings, without seeing any sentient beings being saved. Therefore, the Buddha taught to consider kindness as a discarded pair of sandals. Please, when you've done your blessing, forget it immediately, ignore it, and don't keep it in your mind for extra burden. Having done so, we quickly move towards enlightenment and liberation.
Article 9 : The ninth in the " Ten Things of Mindfulness " teaches that: "If you see profit, don't get involved, because if you get involved, you'll be confused. Let's honor the self-sacrifice ." Why so?
Because the benefits in life are often obtained by fighting, snatching, jostling, despite all tricks, regardless of benevolence, and regardless of morality. Profit does not fall from the sky, does not arise from the earth. When there is a profit, the whole mass of people rush in, ready to trample, deceive, exclude, kill each other in order to obtain it.
Sometimes the benefits are too great, which can make people lose their conscience, ready to pay their relatives and enemies, just to get the goal. For example, a crown prince plots to kill his father to take the throne, children kill their parents to get their fortune, friends make false accusations to harm each other, appropriate property, other people's wives and children. Humans are greedy for profit, so they dare to do anything, considering profit as the glory and wealth needed in the world, in order to look up at life to have a delicious majesty. That's why the delusional mind must move and make people do everything to satisfy their greed. When people see the benefits, they immediately intervene, without knowing the consequences? That is the mind of delusion.
Casinos are opened everywhere, they are giant traps to swallow money of people who are light-hearted and greedy for money, everyone seems to know that, but everyone still hopes to be a great profit in Those casinos, maybe luck will come to you, so you have to be strong enough. There are many people who are broke, bankrupt, and in debt everywhere, but still do not save, still do not know fear! There is a proverb: “Gambling is the uncle of a poor man. The house is sold out of all debts. " Having a house to sell to pay off debt is still a blessing! Those who want to cultivate the mind to nurture their nature must give up the mind of greed for profit, the mind of delusion, must know how to live a life of few desires, contentment, few desires and know what is enough. New life is peaceful, new life is happy.
In the Maitreya Sutra, the Buddha taught:
Tri tuc chi human, although the land is on the top of the mountain, vi at peace.
Real estate fake body treatment of unworthy heron paradise.
That is, the person who knows what is enough, is not greedy for profit, sees the benefits and does not interfere, although lying on the ground, he still feels peaceful, happy, peaceful and joyful. Just "knowing" is enough, it is more than enough. On the contrary, those who do not "know" , never have enough, although their body is in heaven, their money is rich and happy, but their mind is still not satisfied, trying to earn real money is not enough. a lot of money has not yet stopped, not stopped, not accepted to enjoy old age near the earth far from heaven. The book also has a sentence:
Tri-facilities, facilities, and amenities.
Tri leisurely leisure leisure leisure leisure time.
It means "knowing" what is enough, immediately being full immediately, no need to wait until you have lost a lot of money to see enough. How much is too much for those who don't know enough? "Knowing" what is leisure, immediately be leisurely immediately, no need to wait until old age, or any time. In short, "knowing" is enough, "knowing" is leisure. If you do n't "know" then you will be miserable.
Article 10 : The tenth article in the " Ten Things of Mindfulness " teaches that: " There is no need for excuses for grievances, because justification is that the self has not yet released. Let's take unhappiness as the gateway to virtue ". Why so?
Because people in their previous lives created little blessings and caused many karmas, so in this life they encounter many unjust things. So when encountering unjust things, there is no need to complain about heaven and earth. In order to reduce injustice in life, people need to actively cultivate the mind to nurture their character, try to do more meritorious deeds, try not to sow resentment, do not spread rumors, do not slander, do not do harm. suffering for others, even if it is our enemies, those we do not like.
If someone slanders me, I will find all sorts of ways to say it back, to hate it. If someone harms me, I will find ways to harm me more severely, to deserve my life. Those who refuse to help me, are not good to me, I find all sorts of ways to take revenge, let my anger out, gossip, slander, falsely accuse, slander the price, sue the family, let them die. let them die forever, not raised up. I think that people are evil, people are cruel, people are unrighteous, people are dishonest, people are unkind, people are unkind, people are virtuous, people are barbaric, and we do the same thing. , only in the name of "revenge", then I am no different from other people? It's really easy to react exactly like what people do for you. And it's really hard to endure. Such endurance proves that we no longer accept ourselves to suffer, no longer accept those who create suffering for us, that is, we have understood and practiced the "teaching of no-self" of Buddhism. In the Buddhist doctrine of no-self, there is nothing "I" , so nothing is "mine" . That is the extremely noble philosophy that we need to study and understand thoroughly, so that when we encounter unjust things in this world, we can still keep our minds calm and indifferent. If so, unhappiness is the gateway to the path of virtue.
Those who have a lot of "narcissism" , often think that we are the first, that everything they own is first, everything related to them is the best, they accept everything from big to small things, never listen to them. advise, often see the mistakes of others, never consider themselves to be at fault, whatever happens, find all ways, use all kinds of reasons, blame this person, blame the other, live in the world. this, it's the other, but it's never because of me, because of me, because of me that wrong things happen! Such a person is a person with "self-grasping mind".too high. So that person is still in the cycle of birth and death. Why so? Because such people are very sensitive, quick to react, when in contact with worldly things. An inadvertent word, a contrary opinion, an unpleasant deed, a clumsy gesture by another can all make such people angry, frustrated, annoyed, and quarrelsome. , criticize, comment, criticize, disparage, win and lose, live to your heart's content, die with it. That is, their delusions arise steadily every day, every hour, every minute, every second. Such people often live in a state of uneasiness, agitation, even suffering in many ways because the mind treasure contains too many defilements.
In short, we should know that in the open sea, there is always a wind blowing, depending on the light wind, the waves are small, when the wind is big, the waves are big. Our mind is like the surface of the sea, depending on the "eight winds" of the world blowing, such as at times of prosperity, at times of decline, at times of praise and at times of criticism, at times of honor, at times of humiliation, at times of joy and at times of suffering. For those who do not know how to cultivate the mind, they often let their hearts flutter, immersed in extreme joy, or in constant suffering. As for those who are determined to practice, try to keep their mind unmoving, undisturbed, like, calm, and indifferent to all the storms of life. If so, surely life is peaceful, happy, spiritually enlightened and liberated. That is the realm of nirvana, passing away, which is the ultimate goal of Buddhism. The Patriarchs taught:
“ If you accept obstacles, you will gain clarity,
but if you wish for clarity, you will be hindered.”
We don't pray for no sickness, don't pray for no troubles, don't pray for no problems, don't pray for no evil, don't pray for our own benefits, don't pray for everything to go our way, don't ask for a return, don't pray pray not to be unjust. Why so? Because prayer really doesn't get anything, only makes our minds more confused when facing adversity and uncertainty. Let's meditate on the following story: An old woman came to Zen Master Zhaozhou to ask and pray how could she help her, in this life, she could turn her afflictions and sufferings into peace and happiness, in the next life. to heaven, not to hell? Zen master Trieu Chau taught her to pray like this: I vow for eternity to accept living in suffering, accept hell, but have peace and happiness and heaven for others!
Today, Buddhist practitioners should engage in all obstacles, regardless of difficulties, not afraid of obstacles. Therefore, obstacles, difficulties and obstacles cannot prevent us from progressing to spiritual practice, do not make us depressed, discouraged, want to stay away from the world, wish for a happy and happy realm to make it easier to cultivate. The supreme Dharma is thus revealed. We need to actively cultivate the mind to nurture our nature, expand our wisdom and wisdom, and " see the five aggregates of the void, the necessity of suffering and yoke ". That is, when seeing, understanding, "knowing" clearly the body of the four elements, these five aggregates are unreal, are temporary, now and tomorrow will die. If you want to stay young forever, you can't get old, you can't want to be healthy forever without pain, "know"If you can be like that, understand like that, see like that, then there is no way through suffering. If we really see that all the dharmas in this world are unreal, have no intrinsic nature, are not fixed, and do not last forever, then we are capable of overcoming all the storms of life. overcome all suffering and yoke, cross the river, reach the shore of enlightenment and liberation.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMSE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.11/2/2022.
